Let’s go racing!
Whether you're just starting out, or an experienced driver, we can provide race support at all levels. We are passionate about motorsport and have years of experience in building, improving and making vehicles go faster. If you need help at the track, or just the bits beforehand, we’re always keen to lend a hand.
After a number of years working ad hoc and for other teams, supporting drivers at club level races, the North and South Island endurance series, and the Toyota 86 Championship, we are excited to now be running our own Syndicate Motorsport team. After an eventful, but successful, debut season in the 86 Championship, we’re looking forward to doing it again this year.

Mason Potter
I'm an 18-year-old race car driver from Auckland, New Zealand whose life has always been racing. I grew up racing go karts, from the age of 7 to 15. I then made the transition into open-wheel single-seater racing, doing two seasons of Formula First and two in Formula Fords.
I’m also a 2024 Elite Motorsport Academy graduate, which has really been helping me progress as a driver off the track in terms of sponsorship, training, media skills, etc. For the upcoming racing season, I will be competing in the new Toyota GR86 Championship which we’re all really looking forward to.

Blake Dowdall
Hi, I’m Blake Dowdall, a passionate New Zealand racecar driver making my way through the ranks with the support of Syndicate Motorsport. I’ve spent six years karting and kicked off my car racing career in Formula First, where I began partnership with Syndicate Motorsport, formally known as Syndicate Fabrication. In Formula First, I won the Winter Series and Rod Ball Memorial trophy. After two seasons in Formula Fords, I’ve learned a huge amount, taking the 2022 Manfeild Winter Series title, finishing 2nd in the North Island Formula Ford (2022-2023), and placing 6th in the NZ Formula Ford Championship in 2023. This year, I won Round 4 of the North Island Formula Ford and finished 3rd overall for the 2023-2024 season.
After taking out the NZ Formula Ford Championship title (2025), I was awarded a place on the Rodin Cars Formula Ford to Formula 1 program. This has only been made better with the support from Syndicate Motorsport, and I can’t give the team a big enough thank you for backing me on my journey to becoming a champion racing driver.
